1. Who we are

This policy explains how AvaSettle.com ("AvaSettle", "we") handles personal data when you use the website, the swap service, the payment pages and merchant accounts.

2. Swaps and payment pages

  • We store the swap details needed to run and support it: coins, amounts, the receiving and refund addresses you give, transaction IDs and status.
  • To limit abuse we use your IP address. For swaps we store only a one-way hash of it, not the address itself.
  • The robot check on the swap page is solved in your browser and does not use any outside service.
  • Payment pages show only what is needed to pay: amount, address and status. They do not set cookies.

3. Merchant accounts

  • Name, company, e-mail address, website, password (stored only as a secure hash), authenticator secret, login IP addresses and the settings you choose.
  • Payment, conversion and withdrawal records, and the payout wallets you add.
  • We use this data to run your account, prevent fraud, send you service e-mails and meet legal obligations.

4. Analytics

The public website may use an analytics service that sets cookies to count visits and understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are shortened before storage. Merchant dashboards and payment pages are not tracked.

5. Sharing

  • Liquidity sources receive the details needed to execute a swap or a conversion (amounts, addresses).
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, blockchain nodes, e-mail delivery) process data on our behalf.
  • We disclose data when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention and security

Swap and payment records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. Secrets such as API keys and wallet details are encrypted. Access to production systems is limited and protected with two-factor authentication.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to privacy@avasettle.com. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be erased by anyone.

8. Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
