How a payment works

  1. Your customer clicks Pay Now

    They land on your AvaSettle payment page with the amount already set, choose a coin and network, and scan the QR code or open their wallet app.

  2. The payment confirms on the blockchain

    The page follows the transaction live. When it has enough confirmations, your store or WHMCS invoice is marked paid and the customer is sent back to you.

  3. You withdraw USDT

    The amount, less the gateway fee, is added to your USDT balance. Withdraw to a payout wallet you registered; the network fee is shown before you confirm.

How do I accept crypto payments in WHMCS?

Install the AvaSettle gateway module in your WHMCS folder, paste the API key from your AvaSettle account and activate the gateway. On an unpaid invoice the customer clicks Pay Now, picks a coin on the AvaSettle payment page and pays. The invoice is marked paid automatically once the payment confirms on the blockchain.

Which cryptocurrencies can my customers pay with?

Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Cronos, TRON and Monero, including USDT and USDC on the networks that carry them. Solana, TON and XRP are being added.

What currency do I receive?

Whatever coin the customer pays with, the amount is credited to your balance in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). You withdraw it to a payout wallet you registered, whenever you want.

What happens if a customer sends too little?

The payment page shows the remaining amount and the customer can send the difference to the same address. Small differences inside the tolerance you set are accepted automatically, so a few cents of network fees don't block an order.
