The AvaSettle WHMCS module adds a crypto payment option to WHMCS. Hosting companies on WHMCS add crypto as a payment gateway next to cards and PayPal. Invoices are marked paid automatically, including part payments and payments that confirm after the customer has left the invoice page. Payments settle in USDT for a flat 0.5% fee.

  • Customers click Pay Now on any unpaid invoice and choose a coin.
  • The invoice is marked paid through a signed callback, and provisioning runs as usual.
  • A cron hook re-checks open payments, so late confirmations are never missed.

How to install the WHMCS crypto payment module

  1. Upload the modules and includes folders to your WHMCS root.
  2. Setup → Payments → Payment Gateways → All Payment Gateways → AvaSettle.
  3. Paste the API URL, API key, API secret and webhook secret from your AvaSettle account.
  4. Set https://YOUR-WHMCS/modules/gateways/callback/avasettle.php as the webhook URL in AvaSettle.
